Dr. Dave Owen was the third President of Pacific Islands University (formerly known as Micronesian Institute for Biblical Studies, and Pacific Islands Bible College). Dave went home to be with the Lord, March 29, 2019.
A memorial fund to honor Dave, and to continue the work of PIU--the work to which he and Joyce dedicated their lives--has been established. On this blog you will find various links that give information about The Dr. Dave Owen Memorial Fund, (DDOMF) including periodic reports of the progress that is being made toward the goal of $200,000.
